Easy Asian & Hawaiian Recipes

These easy Asian and Hawaiian recipes are inspired from growing up in Hawaii as well as other cuisines, including Thai, Japanese and Korean.

Some favorites are Hawaiian style chicken katsu and spicy cucumber kimchi. And for an easy weekday lunch try the soba noodles with kale and peanut sauce.
