📋 Ingredients

  • Phyllo Cups: You can often find phyllo shells in the freezer section of most grocery stores, near the puff pastry and phyllo sheets.
  • Goat Cheese: Look for a log of goat cheese instead of the pre-crumbled options, which will be creamier.
  • Basil Pesto: To make this party appetizer even easier, use a good quality store bought pesto.
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Look for sun-dried tomatoes that are packed in oil, which are tender and pliable.
  • Olive Tapenade: You can often find olive tapenade prepared
  • Aged Balsamic: Look for a good quality aged balsamic or balsamic glaze, which will be a bit thicker and sweeter than balsamic vinegar.
  • Fresh Basil: Thinly slice a few leaves of fresh basil to garnish the savory phyllo cups. If basil isn't available, finely chopped parsley leaves or thyme would be a good substitute.
