Ingredients
- 1 box phyllo shells 15 shells
- 4 ounces goat cheese roughly crumbled
- 2-3 teaspoons basil pesto
- 2-3 teaspoons olive tapenade
- 2-3 sundried tomatoes chopped
- Aged balsamic for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the phyllo shells onto a baking sheet and add crumbled goat cheese into each phyllo cup.
- Layer a ½ teaspoon of basil pesto, olive tapenade or a sun-dried tomatoes into each phyllo cup or mix and match with the different toppings.
- Place the filled phyllo cups into the oven for 10 minutes, just to warm through and the goat cheese softens.
