Happy Birthday Julia Child!
Julia Child's birthday is on August 15th and every year I like to make a different Julia Child recipe to celebrate. Over the years, I have learned some of the best cooking techniques including whipping egg whites for a mile high souffle and creating the most luxurious and rich red wine sauce for beef bourguignon.
