- 3 cups Chicken broth low sodium, preferred

Cranberry Relish
- 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or sugar
- 1 orange peeled, seeded and cut into segments
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
- 4 Yukon potatoes
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
