  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 orange zest and juice
  • 3/4 cup sweet red wine
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and taste for seasoning. Allow to rest in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes so all flavors combine together.
