Ingredients

stick butter
8 Tb, softened + 1Tb for greasing
½
cup
white sugar
½
light brown sugar

egg

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

baking soda

tsp.
salt

semi-sweet chocolate chips

cup
milk chocolate chips

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1 stick of butter and both sugars until combined and creamy.
Add egg and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and slowly add that into the butter mixture. Mix until incorporated but don't over mix.
Add chocolate chips and just mix until incorporated.
Grease your cast irons with 1 Tb of butter on all sides.
Divide dough in half (if using small pans) and press dough into skillet, coming up on the sides.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
