Overnight Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

cup
steel cut oatmeal
2
cups
water
2
cups
milk
soy, almond, any will do
ΒΌ
cup
brown sugar
2-3
apples
cored and cut into 1 in pieces
1
cinnamon stick
or 1Tb ground cinnamon
1
cup
of dried fruit
anything you have, optional
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Throw all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. It should be creamy and thick.
Top with honey, nuts or more fruit if desired.
