The Ultimate Guacamole Recipe!

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Serrano chili chopped finely (seeded or not)
  • 1 garlic clove chopped finely
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped finely
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Few dashes of Chalula hot sauce
  • 1 Tb of Tomatillo Salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped pepper and garlic.
  • Then cut avocados in half and carefully remove pit with knife.
  • Add avocado flesh to bowl, breaking it up with the back of a fork.
  • Then add the chopped cilantro, tomatillo salsa, Cholula hot sauce, lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Store in fridge and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
