First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, then in a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, soy milk, coconut oil, and vanilla together and mix well.
Next, cut the bananas into chunks and stir them into the wet mixture. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the bananas into the wet mixture while leaving it a little chunky.
Add dried fruit into the wet mixture.
?In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, spices, baking powder and salt.
Then add the wet mixture to the dry mixture bowl and stir well.
Scoop the granola batter into the pan while pressing down and smoothing out with a spatula.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 minutes until the edges are crisp and golden.
Leave in pan for about 10minutes before taking out and cutting into squares.
