Herb Crusted  Salmon

Herb crusted salmon is a healthy weeknight dinner that's made in nearly 15 minutes!  Fresh herbs are pressed onto salmon and roasted with a blend of olive oil, fresh lemon juice and white wine creating a flavorful and tender salmon recipe.

Lets make herb roasted salmon.  Here are the ingredients!

Step 1. Line a baking dish or cast-iron skillet with fresh herbs and a few lemon slices.

Step 2. Place the salmon on top of the herbs and season generously with salt  and pepper.

Step 3. Combine the fresh herbs and scatter on top of the salmon filets, gently pressing down lightly so the herbs stick  to the fish.

Step 4. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon zest and juice and white wine and pour the mixture around the salmon and some on top of the salmon too.

Step 5. Bake the herbed salmon at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-12 minutes, thicker salmon may take a bit longer and thinner filets, less time.
