Halloumi Fries with All the Toppings

Is there anything better than fried cheese?  Halloumi fries are fried to a perfect golden brown crispiness, and topped with a creamy yogurt sauce, tangy pomegranate molasses and za’atar.

 Whisk paprika, garlic powder and flour and set aside. Cut halloumi into matchsticks and dredge cheese in seasoned flour.  

Fry halloumi in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve halloumi fries on a platter and drizzle with pomegranate molasses, yogurt sauce, sprinkle of zaatar, fresh herbs  pomegranate seeds.
