I am so thrilled to be continuing this awesome challenge and have even had the privileged of inspiring others to create their own bucket list as well!
As I’ve mentioned before, world cuisine is my niche and I plan on traveling to other cultures through their food. Asian cuisine is something I don’t touch base with enough, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, etc so therefore I will try and make Asian cuisine an area of focus for the year.
