Homemade Salad Dressing {Guest Post from Recipe4Living}
I have a fabulous guest post today from one of the editors at Recipe4Living, which is a wonderful online community built for cooks and by cooks, sharing and experiencing recipes. Jen Jenson, who is one of their editors is sharing with us something that is so up my alley-homemade salad dressing! This dressing is quick and easy to whip up, which I can not wait to make today for lunch.I am a stickler with salad dressings. I won’t buy bottled (snob, much?) but on the other hand, I only stick to oil and vinegar (boring much?)
And now I present to you, Jen Jensen, editor at Recipe4Living.
Yes, it’s probably a bit easier to use the salad dressing from the bottle, but what’s the fun in that? We have an exciting dressing recipe that will take you under 5 minutes today, and combines the strong flavor of honey mustard with the lighter oil of traditional balsamic vinaigrette. Keep reading to see how to make this fabulous dressing that surely pairs well with any summer salad.
