Shabbat Luau with Joy of Kosher

This week we are bringing a taste of the islands and celebrating Shabbos with a luau feast! I prepared 2 of my favorite “local” recipes that I always eat when I am back home in Hawaii and made them Kosher-friendly so many of my Jewish readers and those of Joy of Kosher can celebrate the upcoming Shabbos, Hawaiian style.

Shoyu Chicken- A favorite “local” meal every Auntie makes at home!

And for dessert….

Portuguese fried doughnuts, or as most of us know them…Malasadas!

Check out my guest post on Joy of Kosher today to find both recipes!

Shalom and Aloha!
