10) OK..so here’s the fun part! Pastry and I don’t get along very well most of the time..so I grabbed my trusty friend, puff pastry for some help…
Unfold each sheet of puff pastry and dust with flour. Using a rolling pin (or even a wine bottle…I’ve done that before! Just make sure it’s UNOPENED..ha!), roll out the puff pastry so it thins out a bit and stretches.
11) Using a sharp knife, cut 2 squares, large enough to cover the opening of your individual serving bowls and enough for about an inch of pastry hanging.
